THE COMPASS HAS GONE CRAZY

A crossing that hurts
Navigation seriously fucked up
The compass has gone crazy

All of a sudden, the magnets,
all of them,
pointing to some point
absurdly, pointlessly

(No, I know this cannot be the north)

Blue, absent tears
(but they glow like molten iron)
That’s all I get today
(until now, until now)

So I pick my brittlely wish
(please handle with the utmost care)
and let my tired and loving hands
to nest by your temples

THE MAN FROM PISA

0    (a moan, a barely whispered desire, devoid of a proper word skeleton and thus not eligible for syllable counting)

1    Just

1    once

2    again

3    give me please

5    your tender glance

8    that dazzling azure that soothes

8    the thousand charms on your lips

5    your breadth of thought

3    your radiance

2    surprise

1    hope

1    you

0    (oh well... another muted, deep breath)

GOTTA MAKE THIS QUICK

Gotta make this quick

Gotta make it stick

Better begin

So listen up

Won´t you give an ear

To hear a hip communiqué

So much 2 say

So little time

(And it flies when you´re having fun, so)

Takin´ it slow

(Only got about a minute)

Ain´t aprapos

(Not too many seconds in it)

And none too spare

A consequence some are unaware of

As many through sequential and historic ages...

Hold...(...have been)...your horses

No time for excess chitter-chat mess (What?)

So much 2 say (Oh!)

So little (time)

If you can be attentive

The talk´ll be preventive

A cure for cataclysmic strife

The rule is not exemptive

But it is redemptive

A formula for richer life

So much 2 say

So little...

Time is the indefinitely limitable durational

Within eventuality distinguished from infinity

We had not much time...

And yet we have

So much 2 say

So much 2 say

So much 2 say...

Meaningful moments

Are far and few between

You gotta seize the meaning

(If you see what I mean)

Say what?

ALWAYS - HURRIED LETTER

(Today I become Alice's Mad Hatter
Brevity obligues, so being brief, I am late)

Hope you are well
at the arrival of this letter

Since your last visit
Life has been busy, as ever,
telephones rang
SMS were received
hundreds of e-mails were dispatched
plus I wrote, I wrote a lot

Nevertheless, dear,
even thorough that hectic madness
things were clearly perceived

I call it pompously
"Ínmanence"
and means, in simple words, that

What was, still is
What used to be, remains
What was shared, is still there
as always
